"Yellow Rose"

I've been so busy running around with the show, that I haven't been painting. I think that's a criminal offense. Today while keeping Art Space open I did this little pastel. At least it's something!!! When the shows over next weekend, I hope things will get back to normal and I'm back at the easel on a regular basis.

"Big Sky"

Wow - what a fun opening reception we had last night. Thanks to all of you who came!! I was so very blessed to have sold 8 paintings. I know they all found good homes and I thank you all so much for your continued support in my art endeavors. This is a little painting I did at the art space while we were getting ready to do our show. It shows a little dark because I took the photo during a very big rain storm.

"The Landing" SOLD

Thank you Mike & Jane for purchasing "The Landing." I know it's going to a good home!! I very much appreciate your continued support in my art endeavors. The photo I used for this little painting was given to me by one of my book club buddies. She's always thinking of helping me with my subject matter. I, of course, abstracted and tweaked it (she may not recognize it now). I'm getting ready for a show at ArtSpace coming up May 15th. Hopefully, I've sent you an invitation. If not, please let me know and I'll correct my ways!
