"Nantucket Cottage"

I don't know where the month of May went - it's all a big blur. We had our annual Plein Air trip last weekend in the wonderful town of Granbury, Texas. 14 of us showed up and stayed at The Iron Horse Inn, a local B&B that treated us like royalty. This is one of the cottages on their property. I fought the flies and HUGE mosquitos to paint this!!

Yes I know those mosquitos (INTIMATELY) Vic, they could carry you away!
The chair looks lonely in this one, I know there were two of them, maybe the mosquitos flew away with the other.
Good job though, the way you captured the space is inviting.

What a lovely little plein air painting this is, very nice job! Thanks for coordinating the Plein Air Austin Granbury trip; we all had a wonderful time, and I was so impressed with how talented all the other members are. It will definitely inspire me to keep trying!
